Mindy B. Young leverages her extensive background in nonprofit management, fundraising, arts and advocacy to bring teams together and create community. She holds a Master of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Utah and combines her professional expertise with her passion for creating meaningful impact in the nonprofit, education and arts sectors.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and accomplished corporate speaker, Mindy brings strategic vision to organizational development and team building. Her career in education spans teaching at multiple institutions, including Utah Valley University, Southern Utah University, and the University of Utah, where she specialized in theatre, public speaking, teacher training, program development and ESL instruction. She is the founder of ESL Arts Advantage, an innovative language learning company that integrates arts into English language education.

With over two decades of experience in event production and directing, Mindy has orchestrated numerous high-profile events, including the Allies Gala during her tenure as Managing Director at Equality Utah. These events have featured renowned figures such as Gloria Steinem, Billy Porter, and the Indigo Girls. Her most fulfilling role is that of mother of 5 fantastic boys.
